I read Murakami's The Wind-up Bird Chronicle earlier this year. It was a fascinatingly complex experience!

  7. I loved this book. Wasn't as fond of his other books of short stories, Blind Willow Sleeping Woman. Only a few more months until his next one (and counting).

  9. Wow, how cool! I've heard a LOT about Murakami and would love to get a chance to read this, especially since it's a collection of stories, so one can easily sample the new author without investing too much time and energy!
