I was joking this week that I was getting daily post from Headline but it’s not far off! I haven’t read any Janet Evanovich before; do you think I can pick these ones up without reading the whole series? You may have noticed I’ve been stockpiling festive reads recently…yup Christmas is only a month away and I’ll be starting to feature some holiday reading.

Twelve Days of Christmas sounds really good! I can't wait to start reading my Christmas books 🙂
Fantastic pile of books! I've been tempted to get Alif The Unseen as it's featured in final round of Goodreads Fantasy picks but I've resisted and will be waiting for your review now 🙂
It *is* only 99p for Kindle at the moment though… *voice of temptation*
Brilliant haul, Ellie.
I saw Dickens at Christmas at my local Water stones and I was tempted to buy it. A case of too many books… not enough money.
Enjoy your reads.
The "Dickens at Christmas" book looks far too appealing *risking a side glance on those towering stacks of unread books* but I already decided I'd at least read "A Christmas Carol" this December to get into the festive spirit!
I do have A Christmas Carol on my Kindle but decided I'd be more likely to read a print copy. And this one turned out cheaper than buying it by itself!
Ooh a few Christmas-y books. I am definitely in the holiday season now and crave something like Dickens at Christmas. I may have to get myself a copy!
Oh wow these look like a lot of good reads, I hope you enjoy them.

Oh I adore your Christmassy looking books, I read one a month ago and now I wished that I had saved it for Christmas! I also really need to get back to Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series! Hope you enjoy all your books and thanks for stopping by! 🙂
I thought I replied to this? Eh.
Dickens at Christmas! Oh it's huge! Love it. 😀
My photo makes it look mahoosive! I think the other books are quite thin!
I've read a few Stephanie Plum books before, and I think you can jump into Notorious Nineteen without reading the other 18 books. Or there's a movie, One for the Money. It gaves you a good picture of who's who, and it's quite funny.
Hmmm, I need some Christmasy reads, too.
Happy reading!
My Mailbox Post
I read Twelve Days of Christmas last year – and it was a fantastic christmasy read – like watching the Muppets Christmas Carol each year! 🙂
I didn't realise Fuse was coming out soon – I enjoyed Pure so I hope it lives up to the same standard! 🙂
Ohhhh, that Dickens at Christmas book is so preetttty! I have a beautiful little old illustrated copy of 'A Christmas Carol' that came from an old friend of the family (I'm actually glad I kept it now, because he died a couple of months ago), but aside from that my festive Dickens fare is sadly lacking. *cough*WISHLISTED*cough* 🙂
Great books. I have Anne Rice's Interview with a Vampire on my wishlist. Claudia's Story looks interesting, she was a great character in the film. My friend loves Janet Evanovich's books and I've heard some great stuff about them. Love the Dickens at Christmas book too. Such a festive cover 🙂

I am sorely tempted by the Dickens At Christmas. Are there illustrations? I shouldn't really be asking as I'm spending all my money on books for my children for Christmas…cue the violins…;-)
No it's not illustrated…although it is cheap on The Book People 😉
I've never read Janet Evanovich's books but they seem quite popular. They made a movie out of one that just came out recently, right? Nice haul. Enjoy your reads and thanks for stopping by The Readers Den. 🙂
What a lovely recap for the week! So many great books there. Happy Reading!!! My Sunday Edition @ Paulette’s Papers
I just realized that I have NO Christmas or winter books. Most change that.
please check out my Showcase Sunday at Read. Sleep. Repeat.
