Incoming!

AKA Showcase Sunday

It's been quiet on the blog this week but I did get some fantastic books which I think might kick my reading slump in the ass. The Golem and the Djinni even came with a pot of modelling clay to make your own golem. I will let you know how mine turns out!

For review:
The Golem and the Djinni by Helene Wecker (HarperCollins)
2121 by Susan Greenfield (Head of Zeus)
The Rithmatist by Brandon Sanderson (Orion)
Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock by Matthew Quick (Headline)

Showcase Sunday is hosted by Books, Biscuits & Tea.

  7. Oh I am incredibly jealous of Golem and the Djinni! I put in a request but never heard anything back. :D And looking forward to seeing what Brandon Sanderson has for the YA market as his epic fantasy books are FANTASTIC. Expect mind blowing world building and magic systems.
