Top Ten: Winter TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

My winter TBR plans are usually scuppered by me desperately trying to meet my reading target over the holidays*, but here are ten books I'd like to get round to reading soon! It's a mix of review copies and recent purchases.

The Lost Plot by Genevieve Cogman
The Book Of Joan by Lidia Yuknavitch

Love, Hate and Other Filters by Samira Ahmed
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black

Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant
The End We Start From by Megan Hunter

Sleeping Beauties by Stephen and Owen King
La Belle Sauvage by Philip Pullman

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli
The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty

*This is not necessarily a bad thing, I get to read loads of comics instead!

  1. Love, Hate, and Other Filters is a book I'm hoping to read soon as well. Hope you like it.

Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thanks!

  2. "The Cruel Prince" sounds really good and so far the reviews have been excellent.

  3. ohhh your list is awesome!
I'm so excited about the cruel prince, the last namsara and city of brass.
I got an e-arc of City of Brass and the other two are on my wishlists.

In all my years of reading I still haven't read a Stephen King book, but I really want to in the future.
This one he wrote with his son sounds really awesome though. Might have to add it to my wishlist hehe.

  4. Love, Hate & Other Filters, The Cruel Prince and The Last Namsara all sound so good! Hope you'll get to all of these :)

  5. I really want to read Into the Drowning Deep. I have some review books to read still but I DO hope to get as many of my own/older titles read as I can this winter. Get caught up a bit!!

  6. Ooooh you have a few I totally forgot about that I want to read too! There are too many books and not enough time. Awesome list and happy holidays/happy reading! :)

    My Top Ten Tuesday

  7. I have The Last Namsara out from the library now. Great list and I hope you love them.

  8. I hope you get a chance to read all these! I really need to get to that Stephen King book.

Aj @ Read All The Things!

  9. I keep being attracted to The Book of Joan because of that amazing cover, but then losing interest when I read the blurb. Maybe I'll take the plunge after I read your review!

I definitely want to read Into The Drowning Deep though.

Everyone loves comments, right? I read them all and do my best to visit your blog if you leave a link (and you're not a spambot).
