Cadbury's Philadelphia? O_o Unuuuusual!
Anyway, have snuck off to Goodreads with a few recommendations, haha.
I really want to read The Knife of Never Letting Go and actually have a copy.. tentatively. I might trade it with Shauny for Linger, it peaks my interest a little more. But we shall see! Also, loved Hitchhiker's even if 3 and 4 did get a little.. weird. It's hilarious and wonderful and I still need to get hold of book 5. I bought the trilogy of FOUR in The Works years ago and it wasn't until I read it last year that I realised it's the trilogy of five. So I need to get hold of that one sometime.
But yes.. Hopefully less books next week, I agree. My poor bookshelves!
Hi Ellie! I have just finished reading Patrick Ness' The Knife of Never Letting Go – and I'd be drafting my review of the book soon. Have you read it yet? The ending was just … woah. It's good that you have all three books in the series, otherwise it would be torture not finding out what would happen next. I have also read Ness' A Monster Calls and was blown away by that too. The man knows grief. 🙂 I'm intrigued as well by your Scifi book for the month. I have this copy of Margaret Atwood's book but have not gotten around to reading it yet. Will probably take a sneak peek into your group discussion to find out whether I should read that soon. 🙂

A Monster Calls had me in a flood of tears, it's one of the best books for younger readers I've read. I read The Knife of Never Letting Go last year but didn't feel I had to read the rest right then.
Ah the book that everyone else loves except you! Hate that feeling! I loved The Strain, looking forward to (one day!) finally reading The Fall.
Have a great week 🙂

Ooooh I might have to pop and get the Ness books from The Works as I do want to read that series and thats a cracking offer if you can get all three.
I have to read The Fall. My husband and I read the first book in the series and need to catch up.
I'm going to have to Goodreads some of these titles as I am pretty sure I've not heard of any of them.
