Books, check. Snacks, check. Coffee, check. Sanity…er.
So I’m embarking on Dewey’s 24 hour readathon today. That’s 24 hours solid of reading! I’ll do my best to stay awake as I’m fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Society and I have a few people pledging a penny per page so every page counts! You can read more on why I have chosen this worthy cause here.
Lots of you have reading lists all planned out. Other than wanting to read Terry Pratchett’s latest, I’m not all that sure but I have pulled a few books off the shelf:
Snuff – Terry Pratchett
Soulless – Gail Carriger
The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy – Douglas Adams (re-read)
Killed at the Whim of a Hat – Colin Cotterill
Lost in a Good Book – Jasper Fforde
What I Talk About When I Talk About Running – Haruki Murakami
Everything’s Eventual – Stephen King (short stories to scare me awake)
Calling Romeo – Alexandra Potter
Star Gazing – Linda Gillard
America Unchained – Dave Gorman
I don’t think I’ll be blogging every hour but there’ll be plenty of updates on Twitter. Good luck everyone!

love Hitchhikers! I pulled some YA and younger off my tbr shelf but didn't think to pull any to re-read. Great idea 😀
I hope you find STAR GAZING is stimulating enough to keep you awake! Thanks for selecting it. Quite an honour. 🙂
