AKA Showcase Sunday
As most of you know, I attended the Strange Chemistry launch this week and returned with a goodie bag and signed copies of two of their forthcoming titles. As I have already reviewed Shift it doesn’t really count as an extra book, does it? Some other fantastic sounding books in the post this week too…

For Review:
The Sweet Scent of Blood by Suzanne McLeod (Gollancz)
Amity and Sorrow by Peggy Riley (Tinder Press)
The Guard by Peter Terrin (MacLehose Press)
Katya’s World by Jonathan L Howard (Strange Chemistry)
Bought:
The Double Shadow by Sally Gardner

It's hard to take a review seriously when it starts out listing all the historical inaccuracies in a fantasy book sโฆ https://t.co/xHH13FWULs
FollowSeems like Waterstones has sorted their stuff out now. My January pre-orders both arrived within a few days of release.
FollowReview: The Last Tale of the Flower Bride by Roshani Chokshi, a beautifully written, gothic horror. Thanksโฆ https://t.co/5dSsONxvWP

I love Suzanne McLeod! brilliant series this is and very refreshing. ๐ Also coveting Katya's World. Hope it's really good and definitely will be waiting for your review, Ellie… ๐ Enjoy!
I have just finished reading it, so addictive! I am very tempting to buy the next one on kindle so I can just carry on. Though only 4 books at the moment so I'll be sad when it runs out.
The sweet scent of blood is on my TBR! You have some cool books!
