It’s been a while since I attended a blogger event, but thanks to everything being digital these days, I popped along to the Del Rey showcase today, and oh my, they have a whole bunch of books that are right up my street.
The highlights were live chats with Andy Weir and Naomi Novik, but we also heard from Max Brooks, Heather Walter, Ava Reid, Chuck Wendig, Amy Warren and Robert Dinsdale.
I am most excited to read The Last Graduate by Naomi Novik, The Conductors by Nicole Glover which I’d only just heard about thanks to its sequel being mentioned in the showcase, The Wolf and the Woodsman by Ava Reid, and Subject Twenty One by A.E. Warren (no relation!).
However saying that, I’d happily read all the books mentioned. I do have an old NetGalley of Devolution lying around that I promptly forgot to read, but it was 2020… But this has reminded me that I was excited to read it last year!
