It just took me five hours to get home from Andover on the train, a journey which usually takes two. I can’t even blame the rain, the wind blew down a tree onto the rails, but the rain made the wait even worse.
And to everyone that said “oh at least you’ll get lots of reading done”, I am incapable of reading through any public transport chaos. Once again, it’s the Sunday night before book group and I’m not yet half way through… Even worse, I chose this book!
Anyway, I didn’t want to leave it three days without blogging. I will not be able to answer emails, etc, until Wednesday so please be patient. I do have an extract waiting to share with you but I do not have the patience to sort out the formatting tonight.
