Thank you to everyone that shared their thoughts this month. Apparently you like the group reads even if you’re not actively taking part. However the linky entries were down after I announced the lack of monthly giveaways… Remember each review you link will count as an entry into the big draw at the end of the year! If you missed out on previous months, you can go back and add your links now.
This month’s group read (as decided by a democratic vote, if you were paying attention) is Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes. I’ve heard lots of good things about this book recently although it is a modern classic so isn’t a new release. If you’ve already read and reviewed this, please add a link in the comments (instead of the linky).

I haven't taken part in any of the group reads yet, but I really like the sound of this one so I'm looking forward to joining in for June! 🙂
I've wanted to read this for a long time so I'm happy it got chosen (and yes, I did vote for it). I'll try to actually review it in Goodreads this time and link the review here.
I've been wanting to read this one for a while so I'm in. Just need for my copy to arrive next week.
Oh, I love this book. It made me cry so much! Not sure I'm ready to go there again but I hope you all enjoy it.
Having read Flowers for Algernon last fall I chose to read a classic from the 1930s, Seeds of Life by John Taine (Eric Temple Bell). This novel is an exemplar of the theme of the super human in SF literature.
Linked to my Goodreads page for Fever but no review yet. I'm nearly done with Algernon 🙂
Posted my review just in time. So far behind in them all.
That is my June review, hope to get the July one up in time but I am not sure.
