newbooksmag.com – they are all about promoting new paperbacks and have featured books each month that you pay £3 each for. They used to only let you have 1 book per issue but now you can have them all if you want…which pretty much happened on the last issue.
Er, not each month, it's every 2 months 🙂

The Mad Scientist's Daughter is an interesting title for a book, so I hope is as interesting as the title.
I've yet to read Whispers Under Ground and the cover for Hysteria sounds interesting.

I got The Mad Scientist's Daughter from Netgalley, but much prefer paper copies. I guess they do send to Europe, then? Seems an interesting book!
The 100yo man is funny, just don't take it seriously, definitely unbelievable from start to finish but that's also its charm.
Angry Robot is a UK publisher so don't know if they send further afield. Do think they have very limited print proofs though, that's certainly the case with Strange Chemistry so it helps to build up a relationship with them.
I didn't realise they are UK-based. I'll read this one as a Netgalley, and see if there are other books that interest me. Thanks.
Well done you in managing to avoid book shops during a week off. Not sure I would have been as strong. I think they wait until your back is turned and then breed.
