What on earth is this wonderful magazine? 😮
newbooksmag.com – they are all about promoting new paperbacks and have featured books each month that you pay £3 each for. They used to only let you have 1 book per issue but now you can have them all if you want…which pretty much happened on the last issue.
Er, not each month, it's every 2 months 🙂
Heard good things about The Hundred Year Old Man!
I think the hundred year old man is the only one I recognize but as always looking forward to your thoughts.

They breed? Like bunnies? Well, books and bunnies both start with a B, so it makes sense, sort of. 😉
I can't wait to read 'The Hundred Year Old Man' – every review I've seen of it so far has been overwhelmingly positive! Maybe after Christmas when I've cleared (and) read some more of what I've got… DAMN YOU, INSATIABLE BOOK BUYING ADDICTION! Enjoy! 🙂
Ooh, what an interesting bunch of books! I haven't heard of a lot of them, so you've certainly sparked my interest. Looking forward to hearing about them!
Best,
Danielle

Hi Ellie
The Mad Scientist's Daughter is an interesting title for a book, so I hope is as interesting as the title.
I've yet to read Whispers Under Ground and the cover for Hysteria sounds interesting.
Enjoy your reads and thank you for the information about Devilish.
I think you're right books breed when I'm not watching them!! I picked up Hysteria this week as well…and I want to start reading Whispers Under Ground soon…
What an interesting website, Ellie! I've bookmarked it. Great books this week, including excellent Whispers Under ground, Hysteria and The Mad Scientist's Daughter. Enjoy! 🙂
I have never read any of these :/ However, The Mad scientists Daughter is supposed to be great 🙂 I hope you enjoy it and i am looking forward to your review 🙂
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading 🙂 xoxo
Ha ha! The Mad scientist's daughter looks great!

The Mad Scientist's Daughter and Hysteria look interesting. Enjoy your reads and thanks for stopping by The Readers Den. 🙂
I got The Mad Scientist's Daughter from Netgalley, but much prefer paper copies. I guess they do send to Europe, then? Seems an interesting book!
The 100yo man is funny, just don't take it seriously, definitely unbelievable from start to finish but that's also its charm.
Angry Robot is a UK publisher so don't know if they send further afield. Do think they have very limited print proofs though, that's certainly the case with Strange Chemistry so it helps to build up a relationship with them.
I didn't realise they are UK-based. I'll read this one as a Netgalley, and see if there are other books that interest me. Thanks.
Well done you in managing to avoid book shops during a week off. Not sure I would have been as strong. I think they wait until your back is turned and then breed.
