I always find that the week after readathon, I barely do any reading, like I’ve filled my quota by reading so much in one weekend. So I haven’t had a very successful start to Wyrd and Wonder, just a review of The Stardust Thief and I’ve read half of Fevered Star. Which I am enjoying… it’s just that I started playing Planet Zoo and have been sucked into my fictional zoo world.
It was my first week of, erm, let’s call it a sabbatical. I have been doing Codeacademy learning in the mornings, so I’ve kept fairly busy and it hasn’t really felt like a whole week off.
The bluebells are just starting to fade now, so we’ve managed to have some lovely colourful walks in the woods.
It’s been a couple of weeks since my last update thanks to that readathon fatigue. If you missed them, I previously posted top ten crow covers, May’s new releases, my Wyrd and Wonder TBR and a review of Confessions of an Alleged Good Girl.

Readathon fatigue is real 🙂 Your walks look stunning and rejuvenating. Glad you are getting out and enjoying yourself.
I feel you. My start to Wyrd & Wonder and Bout of Books has been dreadful. I have had moving on my plate too, but still. I hope you get more reading done this week. I love your pictures as always!
I did very little reading during this readathon, sadly. I’m glad you had a good time and have been able to rest up from doing it.
