AKA In My Mailbox
If I look and sound a bit tired it’s because I stupidly recorded this first thing this morning. Next time I will have coffee and do my hair before starting! You can also see the state of my main bookcases here, double parked and a bit precarious. I should have a new year sort out…
Something Rotten – Jasper Fforde
Rivers of London – Ben Aaronovitch
The House of Silk – Anthony Horowitz
The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight – Jennifer E. Smith
Dark Inside – Jeyn Roberts
Ashes – Ilsa J. Bick*
I am the Messenger – Markus Zusak
Divergent – Veronica Roth
Linger – Maggie Stiefvater
Forever – Maggie Stiefvater
*I’m sorry, I called her Lisa in the video!

Not to worry, you should see me in the morning … if I did a vlog you'd think I uploaded some kind of zombie movie, ha!
Your mailbox sounds wonderful, and reminds me that I should definitely read "Ashes" which has been on my TBR pile since September (oh my). I have read "Dark Inside" though, but it's not all that great in my humble opinion. And admittedly, I'm a wee bit jealous about "Divergent" which I still haven't managed to get my hands on, and with my book buying ban this won't change any time soon either *sigh*. Then again, it's not like I'd be running out of reading material any time soon, after all there's a good reason for my ban 😉 !
The floppy book thing made me howl with laughter, as did the 'I went to get bread and bought books' brilliant!
I have never considered doing a vodcast, maybe I should?
I'm glad I can entertain. I think it's nice to see the blogger behind the words now and then. I'm completely useless at the technical side of videos so it's a bit of a stress for me but starting to get used to it.
I love Anthony Horowitz. And after watching the Sherlock Holmes movie, I want to read every Sherlock book!
Divergent and Linger were pretty good. 🙂 I have yet to get to Forever.
Happy Reading!

Woo-hoo, lovely mailbox, Ellie! I hope you like Ben Aaronovitch and Maggie Stiefvater – both are amazing! Maggie especially makes you fall right into the plot and live through it with the main characters.
Great set! I keep meaning to read I am the Messenger. I so want to read Statistical Probability.
My IMM
hehe I have the same thing going on with my book cases! They are stacked every which but loose!
